How often will I receive briefings?
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning — timed to your preferred delivery window so you can read it before your first meeting.
Can I change my focus areas after signing up?
Absolutely. Click the "Update My Profile" link in the footer of any briefing email to edit your focus areas, business context, and preferences anytime.
Why did I receive a similar topic in consecutive briefings?
Occasionally, our research engine determines that a developing story is critical enough to your business that it warrants continued coverage — for example, a regulatory ruling that directly affects your supply chain. When this happens, each briefing will cover a new angle or development rather than repeating the same information. If you'd rather we move on from a topic, just let us know and we'll adjust.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no questions. Use the "Manage Subscription" section below to open the Stripe billing portal, or email help@heavychain.org and we'll handle it immediately.
Where do the signals come from?

What happens after I subscribe?
